The building is located in the favored quarter of “Pempelfort”, near the “Hofgarten” (municipal park), at the street corner of Kaiserstrasse/Arnoldstrasse, very close to the center of Duesseldorf. Tramp stops and underground are situated either in front or in the basement of the house, with fast connections to the main railway station and fair grounds. Parking:
Either for a short time between 6 p.m. until 11 a.m. or in the nearby parking garage and also with a special parking allowance of the municipal authority.

A Lift exists in the building.

A coin operated Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal in the laundry room of the basement.

All given prices in connetion with the accommodations are inclusive with heating. You only have to pay for your electricity consumption and the radio- and television license (GEZ Gebühren).

Telephone and Internet connection can be installed on demand in a short time by TELECOM.

The Deposit values two montly rents.

The Move-in can be be done at any day of the months, if the flat is free.

The accommodations are furnished in different outfits. Details you will find under the link “accommodations”. All flats fulfil the main function of a convenient and comfortable living. They are all fully equipped with furniture and fixtures.

The accommodations will be cleaned thoroughly after each move out of a tenant. If necessary even total renovations will be accomplished.

For understandable reasons changes in furniture and fixtures as well as in prices can happen without prior notice.
